We offer you tools and machines of our own manufacture, both for construction and for the working of natural stone. Our tools have been designed based on our many years of experience, and are manufactured and tested in compliance with current safety standards and regulations.

Quality

Our customers are ensured a very high level of quality and reliability through our sophisticated manufacturing procedures, trained and experienced staff, strict acceptance controls on purchased materials, permanent production monitoring, as well as comprehensive and documented quality control of finished goods. After testing against the applicable safety standards, every tool that we manufacture receives an individual serial number, which even after many years allows us to access information on the complete manufacturing procedure. Our active participation in oSa (Organisation for Safety of Abrasives), VDS (Verband der Deutschen Schleifmittelhersteller - German Abrasives Association), FEPA (Federation of European Producers of Abrasives), and in many other workgroups and forums, enables us at all times to remain completely up to date about standards, quality assurance, and innovations.

Customer-specific tools

Because of the manufacturing options available to us, we are at all times in a position to supply at short notice customer-specific tools adapted to the material being worked, to your machine, your particular tool geometry, or to other circumstances. Continuing support and tool adaptation ensure you an optimum result even for the most demanding requirements. Furthermore, we are able to carry out analyses of the material to be cut.

Construction of special machines

As well as our wide range of standard machines for the construction industry, we are able at any time to manufacture special machines for special cutting and drilling requirements. Here, the Meissner Profi-Kombi system provides almost unlimited possibilities thanks to its building block principle. Together with you, we define the restrictions for the design of your machinery, and then manufacture them under strict quality control. We will also be pleased to support you during the commissioning later on.

Consultancy

We can offer you comprehensive consultancy services in all matters, both during the decision phase and also at any time after the purchase of our products. Our customers benefit from our expertise and comprehensive know-how, and can thus reduce their process costs and achieve the maximum economy for each and every job.

Service / Guarantee

We provide a 12-month guarantee for our complete range of machines (replaceable parts and damage due to incorrect use are excluded – see our conditions of guarantee for further information). Even when the guarantee period is over, we can assure you of an immediate repair process and supply of replacement parts for many years ahead.
