New in our program: HDD high density diamond grinding cup wheels and grinding shoes
HDD tools (High Density Diamond)
The permanent search for the higher performance tools led to the development of the new technology, with which the conventional diamond segments are replaced by special grinding points with an extreme diamond concentration. The high specific pressure on the individual diamond points as well as large spaces for swarf allow the previously unattainable grinding performance.
At the moment the following HDD-tools are available:
Grinding cup wheel HDD-Coat
This grinding cup is designed for removing of various layers (colors, lacquers, Epoxy, PVC etc.) as well as for removing sticky coatings from concrete. Furthermore the universal applicability is ensured and the problem of sensitivity of PCD tools to impacts and hard materials is solved. The especially wing-formed cup body supports the exhaust of large developed dust quantity.
Grinding cup wheel HDD-Concrete
Especially designed for grinding of concrete. Provides a considerable increasing of the grinding performance compared to the conventional segmented grinding cup wheels.
Grinding cup wheel HDD-Stone
Optimally applicable for various kinds of natural stone, hard stones as well as concrete (especially hard concrete). Provides a considerable increasing of the grinding performance compared to the conventional grinding cup wheels.
Grinding shoe DRS-HDD-SP
This grinding shoe is developed for removing of various coatings with grinding machines and represents, due to its universal applicability, a compromise between conventional grinding segments and PCD-tools.
Grinding shoe DRS-HDD-BP
This grinding shoe is suitable for concrete grinding. Provides a considerable increasing of the grinding performance compared to the conventional segmented shoes.
